Almond chocolate chip cold brew pancakes for breakfast! Or anytime of the day, we don't judge. Gluten free, dairy free and so yummy.
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup bobs red mill 1:1 GF flour (you can replace half for protein powder)
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbs monk fruit
- 3 eggs
- 1 tbs olive oil
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2.5 tbs NITRO Original Cold Brew
- 1/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions: Mix your dry ingredients, add in wet ingredients until combined. Fold in your chocolate chips & Drop 1/4 cup at a time onto a warm skillet!
