Chocolate Chip Cold Brew Pancakes

Almond chocolate chip cold brew pancakes for breakfast! Or anytime of the day, we don't judge. Gluten free, dairy free and so yummy. 



  • 1 cup almond flour 
  • 1/3 cup bobs red mill 1:1 GF flour (you can replace half for protein powder) 
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder 
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda 
  • 2 tbs monk fruit 
  • 3 eggs 
  • 1 tbs olive oil 
  • 1/4 cup almond milk 
  • 2.5 tbs NITRO Original Cold Brew 
  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips 

Instructions: Mix your dry ingredients, add in wet ingredients until combined. Fold in your chocolate chips & Drop 1/4 cup at a time onto a warm skillet!
