Nitrogen is a natural preservative. So as long as the cans are kept refrigerated, they have a shelf life of 10 months. Just make sure to enjoy by the best-by-date on the bottom of the can.
We choose not to pasteurize our products because we take pride in the process and sourcing the freshest ingredients. Pasteurization requires ultra-high temperatures which destroy flavor and nutrients just to make products shelf-stable. Our products are brewed cold, stored cold and shipped cold for maximum freshness!

Our Cold Brew Coffee products have 200 mg of caffeine and our Espresso Cold Brew has 180 mg of caffeine.
Our Cold Brew Coffee is made by steeping lightly roasted beans for about 24 hours whereas our Espresso Cold Brew is made by steeping espresso roasted beans for over 24 hours to achieve a stronger cold brew.
